ARE OTHER AGENCIES OR INDIVIDUALS ABLE TO JOIN THE WRPLA?  Yes, we also have associate and sustaining memberships. Associate members are individuals who have an interest in the purposes of the WRPLA organization. Sustaining members are supporting contributors and are given advertising space in the quarterly newsletter and special recognition at our annual meeting.
