45 year old responsible couple looking to rent a seasonal slip, spot on a dock or a lift on Balsam for a 19 foot inboard.  Quite and respectful.  Open to any suggestions or referrals to anyone not having a dock in or a boat.  Willing to help with dock install/removal or ???
