Come and join a yoga class this fall. Flexibility is your best insurance! At Body Mind Circle, you don't have to do those pretzel poses. We take it nice and easy. . Focus on the breath and slow stretching. Holding the stretches a longer time. People often feel results immediately. Including better digestion, more energy, better sleep. We offer beginning classes mondays 10-11:15 am starting sept 12, and wednesdays from 7:30-8:45pm starting Sept 21st. Continuing level classes are tues 9:30-10:45, and 6:15-7:30pm, as well as Thursdays from 6:15-7:30 pm . You should have had at least 6 yoga classes to join a continuing level class.
