A construction group is finding great interest in their flat grain storage facilities.
Bucklin Buildings Inc. with headquarters in Sisseton, S.D., builds custom-made fabric-covered facilities that hold 1-2 million bushels of grain.
The invention of Donald Bucklin, Bucklin flat grain storage facilities reflect what he thinks is important for buildings - high quality at a reasonable price.
"It's designed specifically for grain storage," he said. "We're really proud of it."
Bucklin, 56, has been involved in construction all of his life, but has worked on the idea of a fabric-covered flat grain storage facility for about 10 years.
