INSPECTION SERVICE SPECIALIST

 The City of Green Bay is seeking an Inspection Service Specialist to review permits and plans, coordinate inspections, maintain inspection records, respond to inquiries and complaints, and provide technical support.  
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture, UDC state certification in plumbing, electrical, heating, and building inspection or the ability to obtain within 1 year of employment; Commercial Building Inspector Certification; registration with the State of WI as an Registered Architect or Professional Engineer; six years experience as a building inspector or related experience; and a valid driver’s license and good driving record.  
Residency within the Green Bay corporate city limits is required within one year of hire. 
Salary range: $48,779 - $60,757 annually with excellent benefit package.
