 Our new address is 301 Village Parkway in Circle Pines.  It is behind Preeya Salon and Dance Factory, facing the clock tower/turn about.  We do yoga on the dock by the labyrinth in the summer so this is a great location for us!   Classes will be held here as of Feb 1st.   Come try Laughter yoga on the 2nd tuesday of each month from 7:40 - 8:20. (suggested donation: $5).   Gentle/beginning level yoga is thursday pm from 6:15-7:30 , continuing yoga tues am 9:30-10:45 and 6:15-7:30 pm.  Pilates on thursdays from 4:30-5:30pm.  Sundays from 2:15-3:15 yoga for pain relief.  pay $30/3 classes. This instructor is also a massage therapist and specialises in Yoga therapy:  yoga as an RX for injury/pain/depression/anxiety. Cheaper than pt but just as effective.
