My First Batch of Wine

I was 17 years old when I joined the Navy.  I was shipped to an island called Siapan that was 7 miles wide and 21 miles long.  It was known as the Garden island of the Pacific.  We were on the island to mainly guard the warehouses that were there. 

There was no alchol allowed on the island so I decided to try and make my own, plus it also helped break up the time there on the island.  My first batch was made out of coconut, bananas and raisins.  It did not tast very good at all but we drank it anyhow.

I have greatly improved in my wine making please stop by and try my various flavors:
