Once In A Life TimeThe Process: Sealed Bids will be accepted by Tony Langdon Auction Properties until 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, December 11, 2012. Once the deadline has been reached, a private auction will be conducted just between those that submitted a sealed bid. EVERY BIDDER will be notified of the highest bid that was received and extended an opportunity to increase their initial bid. Once the FINAL HIGH BID has been determined and the Seller Confirms and Accepts the high bid the Buyer will be announced by 5:00pm of the same day. All submitted bids and the identity of the Bidders are considered confidential and will only be viewed by the Auctioneer and the Seller. SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT ANY BID RECEIVED ON THE PROPERTY PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE.

The outcome of the sealed bid auction is not subject to post sale inspection or any contingencies, financial or otherwise. Upon Seller Confirmation of the high bid, the Buyer must remit the required 10% Deposit within 24 hours in the form of cash, cashier’s check or bank transfer to Tony Langdon Auction Properties. The remaining balance is due in 30 days at Closing on Friday, January 11, 2013 by 5:00pm. The deposit will be non-refundable if the Buyer is unable to meet the closing deadline.
