Tomato Capresi: Handmade Mozzarella, Balsamic Reduction, Green oil, Pickled onions.
Panzenella Salad: Tuscan bread, Arugula Salad, Provolone Cheese, Oregano vinaigrette.
Swordfish Credo: Tuscan olive oil, fennel salad.
Lobster Ravioli: Lobster crème sauce, sweet basil.
Braised Short Ribs: with potato puree and rosemary lemon gremolata.
